At Morin Vending, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
• Processing Time: Most items we sell are kept in stock and typically ship within 1–3 business days. For items that are out of stock, packing and shipping may take up to 7 business days. We regularly update our product pages to provide an accurate time-frame before placing your order. If shipping takes longer than expected, we will inform you promptly.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a receipt via email. We will notify you once your item has shipped, providing you with tracking information. The typical delivery time for machines is between 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
• Carrier Selection: We reserve the right to use any carrier for shipping.
• Liftgate Fee: If you do not have access to a loading dock or forklift to unload your shipment, a $50 liftgate fee will apply.

Freight Delivery Information
• Freight Shipping: Most vending machines are large and require freight delivery. If your vending machine(s) are being shipped to a residential address and a 20-foot truck cannot access your driveway, the shipper assumes no liability. You are responsible for scheduling an appointment with the shipping company to either pick up the machine(s) at the terminal or meet the truck for transfer to your vehicle.
• Lift Gate Option: If you need a liftgate, please select the “Freight delivery with liftgate” option during checkout. This is necessary if you do not have machinery (e.g., forklift) to unload crates weighing over 600 lbs from a 20-foot truck.
• Delivery, Installation & Training: If desired, our team can deliver the machine to your location, install it, and provide a full demonstration on how to operate it properly. This ensures you and your staff are confident in using your new vending machine.
• Inspection Upon Delivery: It is essential that you are present to inspect the package for any damage or missing parts upon delivery. Do not sign for the delivery until you’ve opened and inspected the contents. Ensure that all items listed on the delivery receipt are present, and any damaged packaging or parts are noted on the receipt.
• Clear Delivery: If the condition and quantity of your freight are acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt. A signed receipt without any exceptions noted indicates the delivery was completed without visible damage, and the transaction is considered final. If you sign the delivery receipt without noting damages, you waive your right to any replacements or refunds due to shipping damage.

International Shipping
• International Orders: All shipping and handling quotes provided on our website are for delivery within the continental U.S.A.. If you require international shipping, we will handle each case individually to find the best carriers available.
• Tariffs and Taxes: Please be aware that Canadian and international shipments may be subject to tariffs and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend familiarizing yourself with these potential charges before completing your purchase.

Timeframe & Shipment Tracking
• Processing and Shipment: Most orders ship from our warehouse within 2–3 business days. The estimated shipping lead time is listed on the product pages. Please note that these lead times are subject to change based on carrier policies.
• Tracking: After your item is shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order through the shipping process.

Return Policy
• 30-Day Return Option: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why every vending machine comes with a 30-day return option. If you’re not happy with the machine you receive, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange it for a different unit. Freight for returns is covered by us.
• Return Process: To process a return, all items, including packaging and accessories, must be in their original condition, free from any writing or damage. A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained prior to sending back any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
