Our Warranty Coverage:

Morin Vending provides a warranty exclusively to the original purchaser. Each piece of equipment sold is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. This warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of shipment to the original purchaser.

Additionally, every vending machine comes with a 30-day return option. If a client is not satisfied with the product received, they have the right to return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different unit. Freight for returns is covered by Morin Vending.

If a defect is identified during the warranty period, Morin Vending’s responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the defective part(s). To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must return the defective part or the entire unit to Morin Vending with shipping prepaid. For minor issues, we may provide on-site service by sending a qualified technician.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by vandalism
• Issues resulting from improper use or failure to operate the equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions
• Problems caused by changes in vended products that are beyond Morin Vending’s control
